About the Role

As a Salon Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations of the salon, guide and motivate a team of talented beauty therapists, and ensure every client's experience is seamless and memorable. From driving business performance to nurturing team development, you'll be at the heart of the salon's success.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding hair removal, tanning, and skin services.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Managing salon operations, including rosters, stock control, and performance targets.
  • Conducting skin consultations and recommending home care products and treatment plans.
  • Driving team growth through coaching, training, and performance development.
  • Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment.

About You

We're looking for an inspiring leader who:

  • Holds a Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in a salon environment, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Is highly skilled in waxing (including Brazilians), spray tanning, and advanced skin treatments.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and leads by example.
  • Has a proven track record of managing team performance and achieving business goals.
  • Brings positivity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for personal and team development.
  • Is confident in recommending and prescribing home care and treatment plans.
