What We're Looking For;

We're seeking a groomer who can bring their expertise, creativity, and passion for dogs into our team. Key skills and contributions include:

• Perform bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, scissoring, and styling of dogs in line with client requests and breed standards.
• Inspect dogs for external signs of health issues (e.g. parasites, skin conditions, or injuries) and report concerns to owners or management.
• Overseeing well-being of dogs in care and building rapport with pet owners
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
• Problem resolution and maintaining business standards.
• Assist with public and private events both onsite and offsite
• Assisting with the hiring process, including conducting interviews, trials and training new staff if needed.
• Handle incident reports, emergency, and first-aid situations.
• Minimum 5 years grooming with experience in breed standard grooms, teddy bear and Asian fusion
• A passion for, strong desire to learn, or aspiration to continue your development with canine behavior and training
• Sound knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and breed-specific grooming styles.
• Confident handling dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to animal welfare.
• Comfortable with computer systems (emails, booking platform) and phone applications.
