The role

In this senior role, you will own the end-to-end Marketing Cloud capability, solution design, and architecture, working closely with clients and internal delivery teams to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that enable high-impact MarTech programs.

This is a client-facing, strategic position where you will lead cross-functional teams, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure our clients achieve measurable business outcomes through Salesforce technology.
Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Lead architecture and delivery of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, from discovery and design through to implementation and Go Live
  • Translate business objectives into robust, scalable, multi-cloud architectures integrating Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with the client's applications landscape
  • Architect and optimise data models across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow, identity resolution, and real-time activation
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Marketing Cloud Architect
  • Hands-on expertise across Marketing Cloud modules – Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, AMPscript, SSJS
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise data architecture.
