We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our Finance team based at our V&V Walsh site in Bunbury. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides strategic financial leadership and analysis to optimise divisional performance, ensure compliance and integrity, manage risks, and support the achievement of both Divisional and Group objectives.

Role Overview:
The Finance Manager oversees financial reporting, governance, and performance analysis to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. The role also partners closely with senior leaders to align financial outcomes with business strategy and long-term sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that the divisional manager is aware of financial performance and can act to correct problems related to budge overspending and budget management
- Provide accurate, and timely financial reports, budgets and plans to the Division to enable them to meet their goals related to financial management.
- Collate financial data and other performance metrics and review Divisional monthly and annual financial reports.
- Prepare Divisional budgets and forecasts.
- Actively oversee, analyse and report on Divisional debtors and creditors.
- Ensure that the division's operating performance is optimised through the development and use of data insights, analysis and other key performance indicators.
About You:
- Qualification and membership of relevant accounting professional body (CAANZ, CPAA)
- Minimum 7 years of Accounting and Finance experience in a senior role in a comparable operating environment.
- Strong systems experience (general ledger, data warehouse, operational systems)
- Sound communication skills
- Commercial negotiation skills
- High level of computer literacy Excel, Word, PowerPoint –Advanced skill set.
