DM3 Logistics is a proudly WA owned and operated fuel transport company. With a large base in Kalgoorlie, we work throughout WA. At DM3, we focus on excellence, innovation and efficiency in everything we do. We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Officer who is passionate about their work.

About the Role

The Financial Officer role encompasses end-to-end accounts and finance. While there are the day-to-day tasks of Payables, Receivables and reconciliations, the roles focus is on providing the Directors with timely and accurate reporting and forecasting. We use Xero accounting software, experience in this package is preferred but not essential.

This is a residential only role working Monday to Friday at our Kalgoorlie Depot.

Key Role Focus & Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting
  • Forecasting
  • Manage Accounting software including reconciliations, manual journals and adjustments
  • Process and manage accounts payables and receivables
  • End-to-end Payroll
  • Participate in developing policies and procedures
  • Stakeholder communications including responding to internal and external queries

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • A qualification in Accounts or Management or similar
  • Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role
  • Confidence working with intermediate Excel
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love of accuracy
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
