We are now open to your expression of interest for the role of
Environment Advisor
based in the Gippsland region of Greater Melbourne.

The Role

You will have a good working understanding of the following;

  • Environmental management techniques and tools
  • Understanding of the process and/or product system of audits and reviews
  • Risk management/assessment in delivery and implementation of projects
  • Skill in document and records management processes including recording, monitoring and archiving and document compliance.
  • Reporting on environmental performance, compliance and defects and/or non-conformance.
  • Skill in identifying and modifying work processes, technology, and/or products
  • Environmental monitoring and inspecting environmental technologies
  • Understanding of relevant computer software packages; use of basic functions of word processing, spread sheet and email software
  • Skill in supporting stakeholder groups and Teams within area of responsibility such communicating with frontline employees and first line managers
  • Training and facilitation to run small groups/workshops
  • Awareness of relevant environmental statutes, legislation and guidelines
  • Environmental Management Systems and their application to project requirements
  • Exposure and basic understanding of other relevant management systems
  • Awareness of project management structure and plans

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Sustainability or other associated disciplines
  • 5years post graduate experience in major infrastructure delivery
