**The role**:
We are looking for an Environmental and Sustainability Advisor to be a key education resource on both industry best practice and legislative compliance surrounding the environmental and sustainability management field.

**Your impact**:
Our Environmental and Sustainability Advisor will support in the development, maintenance, and implementation of each project’s Environmental Management Plan for all construction activities.

**Your every day**:

- Assist in environmental incident response and investigations.
- Build strong client and other stakeholder relationships that position Symal for repeat work.
- Advise and educate project employees and/or subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

**Who are you?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Science, Environmental or Natural Resource Management.
- Post-graduate qualifications in the environmental field and / or project management would be highly regarded.
- ISCA Sustainability Accreditation (desirable)
- 2+ years relevant construction industry experience
- Cert II Erosion and sediment control (Green card - or equivalent)
