We are looking for an experienced and proactive OHS Advisor to join our team and champion best practice safety standards across our operations.

The Role

As an OHS Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind our workplace safety initiatives. You will:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety programs.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders and management.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Design, document, and embed safety procedures, SWMS, and job safety analyses.
  • Maintain compliance with legislation, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations, and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous safety improvement across the business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Essential:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessments, and audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience implementing safety procedures and standards.
  • Desirable:
  • Certificate III in Training & Assessment.
  • Working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and quality management systems.
