The Aurora Story:

Aurora Early Education, founded by a mother-daughter duo, is an early education service that aims to 'exceed' in all areas of service. We want to connect with you Here are the things you need to get started for this role.

  • A "we can do this" attitude
  • A positive personality that is open and reflective
  • Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or you are currently studying a Cert 3 or Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood
  • Current working with Children Check
  • Current CPR, First Aid with Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEYLDF, practice principles and reflective practices

  • Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow
  • Communicate and build relationships with families
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to better further the overall quality of the service
  • Build your professional development and industry knowledge.
