Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centres & Preschools are family owned and operated centres in NSW and VIC. Our owners are 2 sisters, both with young children, who have a passion for quality childcare and early education. Having sent all their young children to childcare, we understand what it means to be able to send your child to a centre each morning and walk away with the peace of mind that your child is being cared for in a loving and nurturing environment. We are looking for Casual Early Childhood Educators to work across our Delahey, St Albans, Brookfield & Caroline Springs

The Role:

As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Support children in daily routines – meals, rest, play, learning
  • Collaborate with other educators to deliver high quality early learning programs
  • Follow centre policies, legislative requirements, and best practices (EYLF / NQS)
  • Build warm, professional relationships with children and their families
  • Be flexible across age groups and rooms as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working towards it)
  • Good communication skills – verbal & written
  • Ability to engage warmly with children and families
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations / Quality Standards
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid qualification (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliability, positive attitude, ability to work in a team
