We're looking for a motivated and professional Property Officer / Leasing Consultant to join our successful and growing Property Management team, based in Marsden Park.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to rental enquiries via phone and email
  • Conducting open home inspections (including Saturdays if required)
  • Processing tenancy applications and completing relevant checks
  • Preparing ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
  • Assisting with lease preparation, admin tasks, and reporting
  • Providing general support to the Property Management team
  • You'll also be required to travel between properties as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • A reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisation, time management, and admin skills
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently
  • A genuine interest in real estate and delivering great service
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential.
