We are looking for an organised and motivated assistant property manager/property officer to manage a portfolio of properties. This is a great position to start or progress your career in Real Estate.

The Company

ShareSorted is a highly reputable real estate business specialising in furnished and co-living accommodation in Sydney and Melbourne. ShareSorted is regarded as a market leader within the industry for delivering high-quality, innovative end-to-end service solutions in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Conducting property viewings & tours and interviewing prospective tenants (all schedules, agreements etc will be done by our admin staff)

Inspecting property conditions.

Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.

Assisting our team as required

As an applicant, we ask that you have the following:

A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Good time management and organisation skills

Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)

Ability to work unsupervised and unassisted

A certificate of registration (Real Estate)
