Ord Valley Aboriginal Health Service (OVAHS) is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our Early Childhood Support Team. This is a unique and rewarding role where you will work closely with partnering Allied Health Team to support children up to the age of 7 who have developmental delays.

Based onsite, but with a strong community outreach focus, you will help bridge the connection between families and health services. Your role will include assisting in therapy sessions, supporting parents, promoting early childhood development, and engaging with community groups such as Kindilink and Mums & Bubs.

Desirable qualifications include Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or Certificate III in Community Services, but we encourage applications from those with relevant experience and a passion for early childhood support.

Your dedication will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package circa $104,498.65 per annum pro rata (commensurate with qualifications and experience) including a range of benefits to significantly increase the value of your overall remuneration package including:
