The roleNo two days are the same. You'll support clients with community access and daily living activities—no personal care (e.g., toileting or showering) is required. Typical activities include:
• Fishing, painting, shopping and local outings
• Assisting with everyday tasks and goal-focused activities
• Encouraging independence and community participation
You enjoy helping others, know the Derby area (or are keen to explore it), and you're comfortable working independently and unsupervised. You're reliable, respectful, and a clear communicator.
Essential requirements
• Current National Police Check
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Right to work in Australia
• Valid driver's license
• Supportive, close-knit team
• Varied, rewarding work in the Kimberley
