Workshop Facilitator – Be the Magic, Not the Maybe

Permanent Part-Time | North Perth + Kalamunda | Saturday & After Hours Essential

Let's cut to the chase,
we're not after a "sometimes" artist or someone just looking for weekend pocket money. We're building a creative powerhouse, and we're after a unicorn, who wants IN.

This role is for you if you:

  • Are equal parts party host, project planner and people-lover.
  • Light up a room, can wrangle kids 
    and
     adults, and love getting a little messy in the name of creativity.
  • Want to 
    build a career
     in the arts, not just dabble.
  • Have 
    permanent Saturday
     availability and can 
    rock up after school hours
     during the week.
  • Know that prep and admin are part of the magic, not just the glitter on top.

You'll Thrive in this role if:

  • Have a performer's energy, a teacher's heart, and an organiser's brain.
  • Can lead 30, 60, 180 minute workshops with confidence, connection and care.
  • Understand that every class starts 
    before
     the first guest arrives and ends 
    after
     the last paintbrush is cleaned.
  • Take pride in turning chaos into creativity (and tracking it in a CRM without being asked).
  • Want to be part of a growing, values-driven studio with real career progression, not just another casual gig.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate vibrant, process-based art workshops for kids and adults.
  • Prep, plan, clean, reset and 
    do it all again
     with love and consistency.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and team members.
  • Manage feedback, track milestones, and help convert trial classes into long-term members.
  • Be part of a team that values 
    structure + sparkle
     — and doesn't tolerate flakiness.

  • You're "available... sometimes... maybe."
  • You think leading a workshop is just showing up and winging it.
  • You're allergic to admin, teamwork, or following checklists.
  • You're just here for the "fun parts", this job 
    is
     the fun 
    because
     we do the work behind the scenes.

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience in teaching, early childhood, party hosting, or event facilitation.
  • Are looking for a long-term role with a clear pathway to leadership.
  • Are local to Perth Hills or North Perth and can travel between studios with ease.
