About the Role

As an Assistant Centre Manager at Northside Early Learning, you'll work alongside our Centre Director to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate & committed about Early Childhood education and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Centre Director in managing daily operations

  • Assist with staff management, including mentoring and coaching

  • Maintain daily routines and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies

  • Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community

  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational goals
