About the Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your day will be full of variety — from providing product quotes and processing orders, to uncovering new opportunities and supporting the external sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate pricing and product information
  • Electrical industry knowledge is preferred but not essential for this position
  • Follow up on leads and quotes to convert them into sales
  • Support the external sales team with admin and service tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences every time

About You

You're a motivated, proactive person who enjoys solving problems and working in a team environment. You bring energy, organisation, and a can-do attitude to everything you do.

You'll also have:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid computer literacy
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
  • A proactive, self-starting approach — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
