  • First point of contact for the branch via incoming calls & trade counter
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing quotes
  • General branch support / storeman / admin / ad-hoc duties

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Service / Trade Sales position
  • Electrical/Sales background highly regarded
  • Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients
