Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and provide exceptional support to our sales and operations functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing, collaborative team where no two days are the same

The role can be based in either our Melbourne (Altona North) office or our Port of Brisbane office.

The role:

As our Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales activities. You'll assist with quoting, customer communication, data entry, reporting, and coordination between departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
  • Supporting the sales team with quotes, pricing, and follow-ups
  • Liaising with customers to provide updates and exceptional service
  • Preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting with general administration
  • Collaborating with logistics and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution

About You

You'll bring a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP or CRM systems)
  • Canva experience (Preferred not essential)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced industry will be highly regarded.
