With a fleet of 50 vehicles and a dedicated team of over 60 employees, CWM conducts 10,000 waste and recycling collections weekly. As an industry leader in environmental responsibility and operational efficiency, CWM continues to expand into new regions and enhance its service offerings.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Specialist located in Altona North, VIC, with an option for partial remote work. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical support. Daily tasks will include managing customer inquiries, creating customized solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior waste management services. Additionally, the role may involve preparing proposals, delivering product presentations, and contributing to business growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Technical Sales and Sales strategies
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting solutions
  • Ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
  • Educational background or certifications in Business, Sales, or related fields preferred
