About the Role:

Join our growing wholesale furniture business in a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to contact for our customers, support operations, and contribute to sales and digital marketing efforts in a warehouse environment. If you're someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership, this role is for you. This is a full-time casual position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent or fixed-term contract role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be the first point of contact for customer and sales inquiries (email & phone)

· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Assist with business development and lead follow-ups

· Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment

· Create purchase orders and maintain accurate records in MYOB or Zoho

· Maintain accurate records of sales orders, payments, and customer details

· Perform bookkeeping and general administrative tasks

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders to keep stock and sales flowing smoothly

· Create and manage Facebook ads; support digital marketing campaigns

· Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling

· Occasionally assist with light duties related to our other businesses, as needed

What We're Looking For:

· Minimum 2-3 years of customer service and sales administration experience in a warehouse environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

· Experience with MYOB and/or Zoho (preferred)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

· Basic bookkeeping experience including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation and data entry

· Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

· Full working rights in Australia
