About The Role:

Are you a sales coordinator with a passion for automotive excellence? Ready to shift gears and accelerate your career with a dynamic, fast-paced team? Our Manheim OEM Division is looking for a driven OEM Partner Coordinator to support key national accounts and assist our OEM Partner Managers across Australia.

This is your chance to be at the heart of Australia's automotive industry, working with OEM franchised dealerships, industry leaders, and a team that is all about doing the right thing, having fun, and bringing out the best in everyone.

What You will Be Doing:

  • Contribute to the management of a national OEM account portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across OEM's and dealership networks
  • Support strategic planning and market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to drive performance.
  • Deliver insights, reports, and improvements that make a real impact.
  • Keep systems like SAP up to date and ensure accurate reporting to support business operations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in automotive sales, account or sales support, or a related field.
  • A knack for communication, decision-making, and relationship-building.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
  • A current driver's license and a genuine love for the automotive world.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing customer portfolios.
  • Exposure to auctioneering or a desire to learn the craft.
  • A diploma in management or automotive sales.
