We currently have an exciting opportunity for a diligent and motivated Import Export Operator in Brisbane. You will be planning, organising, and administering freight forwarding operations, communicating with a variety of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and import-export authorities both domestically and overseas to advise on order activity status, and ensuring our clients are happy and receiving the accurate and timely service they expect from EMO Trans. This is a great opportunity to work with diverse clients in a supportive team environment. 

As a highly organised and accurate person, you will communicate clearly whether on the phone or in writing with all documentation and paperwork complete and correct at all times. You will use your planning and investigation skills to identify relevant transport methods that suit clients' and EMO Trans needs for import/ export activities, and you will provide an exceptional level of customer service including tracing shipments through transit points, and providing quotes and invoices. You will have previous experience as an Import/ Export Operator and will be experienced in using CargoWise1 including Tasks to manage jobs and workload.
