We are seeking a diligent and motivated Import Export Operator to join our team in Melbourne. As an Import Export Operator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and administering freight forwarding operations, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery to our clients.

As an experienced all round Import Export Operator, you will be accustomed to planning and coordinating air and sea shipments for import and export activities including providing quotes, tracing shipments and delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the process. You will have experience in CargoWise1 and can demonstrate your expertise in this system.

To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a desire to always deliver excellence in customer service. Whilst having the diligence to follow our processes, you will also be able to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions for our clients to ensure we deliver what is expected in the best way possible.

Our National Operations Team have the knowledge and experience to provide support across the country, and our local Melbourne team are a wealth of knowledge on our local clients and relationships.
