We're seeking a Bill of Materials ( BoM ) and Change coordinator. In this role, you'll ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of Bills of Materials (BoMs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) across Safetech's products and projects. This role serves as a key interface between Engineering, Operations, and Procurement, supporting data accuracy, system alignment, and efficient change control throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain BoMs for standard, custom, and prototype products, aligned with approved designs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to validate BoMs and support production readiness.
  • Interpret technical drawings to ensure BoMs reflect design intent.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring timely updates and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Maintain BoM data in PDM, PLM, and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Organise and control documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data governance.

About You:

Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.

Proven experience in BoM management and change coordination in a production or engineering setting.

Proficiency in the SAP system and Autodesk Vault PDM platform highly regarded

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
