Roof Plumber - Team Leader/Supervisor

Shepherds roofing & contracting is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our talented team in Drouin, VIC 3818. As a Roof Plumber - Team Leader/Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the work of our plumbing crew, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality roofing projects. Car & Fuel card Included.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and lead a team of skilled roof plumbers, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
  2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project schedules and logistics
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise on the job site
  4. Provide hands-on support and guidance to the plumbing crew as needed
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the team
  7. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Roof Plumber, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team
  2. Thorough knowledge of roofing systems, plumbing techniques, and relevant building codes and regulations
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands
  7. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as needed
