About the position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Sous Chef to join our crew, no experience in the American bbq industry is required.  If you are passionate about the industry and pride yourself on producing amazing meals to feed the crowds then this is the job for you

You will work alongside the Front of House Manager, Head Chef and some amazing chefs to build on the success of the business and to continue to grow it into the future. All training on the Low n Slow aspect will be supplied and you will get to work along side some of the best pitmasters in Australia.

We are offering a 5 day work week on Salary. With all overtime paid.
