Greca – Sous Chef Opportunity
Greca brings the spirit of a Greek island taverna to Brisbane's Howard Smith Wharves. Lively, laid-back, and full of heart, our restaurant is made for long lunches, riverside dinners, and moments shared with friends. We're currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen and keep the good vibes flowing.
What You'll Do
- Execute a produce-led, classic-meets-modern Greek menu
- Train and support the kitchen team with a calm, hands-on leadership style
- Help manage ordering, rostering, and cost controls
- Uphold Greca's warm, high-energy atmosphere with pride
