The Sous Chef will work with the Head Chef to lead a kitchen that focuses on consistency, creativity, and great food. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fun, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide inspiring mentorship to the kitchen team and promote a positive and productive atmosphere
  • Support the Head Chef with food preparation, inventory management, food safety and operational tasks
  • Contribute to a culture centered around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
What we need from you / Qualifications
  • You have great experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen with the necessary trade cooking qualifications
  • You know that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion and productivity
  • You are hungry to produce high quality dishes and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people
