About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users. You'll handle support emails, assist with account inquiries, and help research new program and content opportunities that align with our audience interests.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via email and internal ticketing tools

  • Assist users with account access, subscription, and content-related questions

  • Research and summarize new programs, grants, or learning opportunities for internal use
  • Track and document recurring issues to help improve processes
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure accurate information delivery
Requirements
