The Job:

HOYTS are looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Brand, PR & Community Marketing who will support the Brand, PR, Social Media and Community Marketing Manager in driving awareness, engagement and positive perception of the HOYTS brand across Australia and New Zealand. The role spans brand campaigns, PR, social media support and community marketing - with a focus on premium cinema experiences, new site openings, and refurbishments.

This coordinator will help execute PR initiatives, support local area marketing campaigns, develop and review creative assets, and track results to ensure campaigns build strong brand awareness, customer sentiment, and engagement.

Who we are looking for:

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting PR and media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating with agencies, and managing media requests.
  • Be confident in copywriting, proofreading, and reviewing marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Experience in marketing asset creation that effectively communicate brand messaging.
  • Be skilled at stakeholder management, working collaboratively with agencies, cinema managers, and internal teams.
  • Be analytical and detail-driven, able to contribute to reporting, insights, and optimisation of campaigns.
