About The Role
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of Marketing and PR activities for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market in alignment with global and brand objectives. Reporting to the Marketing & PR manage and working closely with the APAC Marketing Director on marketing-related tasks, you will help ensure that local campaigns reflect market-specific needs while maintaining consistency with regional and global strategies.
In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of ANZ marketing and PR initiatives, working closely with agencies, partners, and internal teams to meet timelines and ensure high-quality execution. You will assist in preparing and distributing localised marketing assets, tracking campaign deliverables, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include supporting media and influencer outreach, coordinating product-related enquiries, and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained, documented, and stored. You will track and compile KPIs across campaigns, assist with producing reports and insights that contribute to market growth and inform future planning.
You will also assist in monitoring campaign performance, gathering community and partner feedback, and contributing to post-campaign evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement. This role suits a detail-oriented, proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support the successful delivery of marketing and PR activities in the ANZ market while contributing to initiatives across the APAC region.
Your main objectives:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners to support the delivery of successful campaigns.
• Remain flexible and responsive, assisting the team in assessing and adapting to emerging issues or opportunities during campaigns.
• Support the localisation and refinement of marketing assets, ensuring content is appropriate in language, tone, and style for the local audience.
• Develop marketing strategies and tactics alongside the marketing team to bring ideas and create a realistic local campaign plan, which is then executed by working with internal and external partners for a successful campaign.
• Adhere to processes in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback.
• Support media planning by briefing and coordinating with the local media agency, helping to execute media strategies and placements in the market.
• Coordinate distribution of review copies, products, or kits to targeted influencers, press, and community partners.
• Compile and generate reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, community engagement, and insights for relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional marketing-related tasks as directed by Marketing & PR Managers, Head of Engagement, Marketing Director, and Managing Director.
To be successful in this role you should be:
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• A passion for video games and/or entertainment industry.
Your skills and experience should include:
• 1–3 years' experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns, including social media, influencer, product management, PR or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in maintaining brand consistency and tracking performance metrics to optimise content strategy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Assisted in planning, logistics, and on-site execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and community events.
