Responsibilities span digital content management, social media, CRM data quality, event coordination, and production of sales and marketing collateral.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and creative, with the ability to juggle detail-oriented tasks while contributing fresh ideas. The Marketing Coordinator will also liaise with external agencies, consultants, and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activity that supports both brand building and sales outcomes.In this role, you will be responsible for:1. Campaign & Brand SupportAssist in coordinating integrated marketing plans across digital, print, PR, events, and signage.Maintain consistency of Salus Living and project branding across all touchpoints.Coordinate with external agencies (creative, digital, PR, media) to deliver work on time and to budget.Support content updates and SEO optimisation for websites, ensuring accuracy and engagement.Manage and publish content across Salus Living's social media channels.2. Content & Sales EnablementAssist in the creation of marketing collateral; brochures, floorplans, price lists, sales packs, and display suite materials.Support the planning and execution of events, open days, and launch activations.Coordinate EDMs and call campaigns that nurture leads and engage prospects.Ensure timely distribution and quality control of sales support materials.3. CRM & Data ManagementManage CRM data integrity (HubSpot), including tagging, segmentation, and lead lifecycle tracking.Prepare reports on campaign performance, enquiry sources, and sales pipelines.Monitor lead progression and provide insights to adjust campaigns as needed.4. Project & Community MarketingCoordinate project-specific marketing activity in line with development milestones.Source and manage photography, renders, FAQs, and updates for stakeholder and campaign use.Support ongoing local marketing activity for open communities, including lifestyle storytelling and Google Business profile management.5. Media, PR & AdvertisingLiaise with PR agency to support media opportunities and storytelling.Coordinate media bookings (print, digital, outdoor) and monitor campaign ROI.Assist with editorial submissions and thought leadership placements aligned to strategic positioning.Measures of SuccessLead Generation: Support delivery of qualified enquiries to meet development sales targets.Collateral & Content: 100% of required project collateral produced on time and to brief.Digital Engagement: Maintain web and social media performance benchmarks (visitors, engagement, bounce rate, time on page).CRM Data: Maintain >98% data accuracy in CRM.Campaign Delivery: Deliver campaigns on schedule and report on ROI.Event Execution: Support delivery of sales-focused events and community activations to agreed standard.About YouThe ideal candidate will possess:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2–4 years' experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), CMS, and Google Analytics.Experience in content creation for social media, EDMs, and collateral.Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt tone for older audiences.Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva or similar) is desirable.Exposure to property, retirement living, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.We are excited by the opportunity to connect with talented professionals who can be part of Pariter.
