We're looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our busy parts operations at Osborne Park Kia and MG. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the parts team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales performance
  • Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards

About You:

  • Experienced in automotive parts management (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in managing people and fostering a positive team culture
  • Proficient in dealer management systems
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated to achieve targets and grow the department's success
