Conveyancer/Experienced Solicitor

This job requires the services of a conveyancer/paralegal/property solicitor to primarily practice in the property law area. General duties will include all aspects of property matters up to settlement.

Skills and experience:

· Proven experience in handling conveyancing files to completion

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Excellent work ethic

· Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and client expectations

Your main responsibility will be managing conveyancing files from start to finish, including:

· Managing client relationships

· Liaising with professionals such as agents, conveyancers, solicitors and financial institutions

· Preparation of Contracts for Sale of Land and other documents

· Reviewing contracts for prospective purchasers

· Obtaining relevant searches and certificates

· Administration as required
