**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy legal practice.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with file management, including photocopying, scanning and filing
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team as required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised reception area
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other standard office equipment
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
