About your new Role: 

As an Advice Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our members by identifying their financial advice needs and guiding them to the most appropriate advice pathway. Whether providing General Advice or connecting members with the right Financial Adviser to suit their personal advice needs, you'll ensure a seamless and professional experience from initial contact through to post-appointment follow-up. Working as part of the Superannuation and Retirement advice team, you'll triage enquiries, educate members on superannuation and Brighter Super products, collect information, manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate records across our systems. This is a fast-paced, member-focused role where your communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will make a real impact.

  • Triage member advice enquiries to identify personal advice needs and connect them to the appropriate individual.
  • Provide compliant General Advice and education on superannuation and Brighter Super products
  • Coordinate and book financial advice appointments, guiding members through the process and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records in Xplan and update CRM systems to support seamless advice delivery
  • Support financial advisers with initial fact finding and product research
  • Follow up with members post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and engagement
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement and excellent member service

  • RG146 Accreditation in Superannuation and a strong interest in financial advice
  • Completed or currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a member-first mindset

  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, high-volume environment
