About the Role

Wealth Elements is seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our growing team in our nationwide virtual office. In this role, you will work with couples in their late 20s, 30s and 40s, helping them navigate key life stages and achieve long-term financial momentum.

You will deliver comprehensive advice across cash flow, debt management, superannuation, investments, wealth protection insurance, and estate planning. This is a full-time, flexible, work-from-home opportunity designed for an adviser who thrives in a modern, technology-enabled practice.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with clients to create tailored financial plans that cover all aspects of wealth management.
  • Providing strategic advice across cash flow, debt, superannuation, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensuring advice and service is delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standard.
  • Proactively contributing to the growth of the practice by building networks and referral opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in financial planning (or equivalent qualification) that meets current education standards, including the adviser exam.
  • 2–5 years' experience as a qualified Financial Adviser.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A proactive team player who is prepared to do what's required to deliver the best client outcomes.
