The opportunity to join our team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Officer to join our Bridges team. You will be responsible for all administrative functions related to supporting Financial Advisors in the provision of market-leading, client-centric advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients. You will be working with a team of financial planning support specialists, providing key client relationship management to assist the Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advice Delivery - preparing information and meeting packs and facilitating pre, during and post meeting activities.
  • Updating client records to ensure minimum information and data recording standards are met.
  • Facilitating the implementation of recommendations and recording FTSA/CSA contracts
  • Manage the scheduling and confirming of client meetings, preparing documentation, and providing support for day-to-day client queries regarding product/strategy review requirements.
  • Governance - manage risk proactively; meet all policy and compliance requirements.
  • Client Experience - foster professional, genuine, and meaningful connections that build confidence and trust with clients.
  • Create efficiencies for our team by helping to drive technology use and identify opportunities for productivity improvements to systems and procedures.
  • Develop a solid understanding of products and processes across Insignia Financial, including use of Xplan, and other practice/product data management systems.
  • Identify opportunity for process improvement to support the client and complaint and sustainable running of the practice.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in financial services; financial planning administration experience advantageous, preferably providing support to financial advisers.
  • Industry qualifications (eg. RG146 advantageous)
  • Understanding of Advice Industry regulations and legislation, products and strategies advantageous.
