About The Role
Join our Membership team as a Member Sales Officer. This role is all about growth. You'll play a key part in driving member acquisition and retention by engaging directly with fans and supporters via outbound calling and email. You'll bring energy and persistence to every interaction, converting leads into loyal members and helping us hit our ambitious targets. Working as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, the Member Sales Officer plays a key role in delivering a positive experience for our fans and members.

About You
You're results-driven, motivated by goals, and thrive on the challenge of turning conversations into conversions. You have experience in a fast-paced sales environment and know how to build rapport quickly over the phone. You're comfortable with targets, confident with a script (but know how to make it your own), and always focused on the bigger picture, growing a passionate and engaged member base for the red and black.
