For 14 years, Egg Donation Australia has been supporting Australia's only altruistic egg donation system, connecting donors with hopeful families and helping bring over 3,100 babies into the world. Our volunteer-driven community provides guidance, education, and support to donors, recipients, and families across Australia. We're now launching Ivorey, a new digital platform to expand and modernise this vital support network.

• Volunteer Role: **Virtual Assistant with Project Management Skills Commitment: 10–15 hours/week | 3–6 months | Flexible & remote

Your Mission
Be the organisational backbone of our community launch. You'll ensure projects stay on track, tasks are coordinated, and our volunteer team works efficiently to support families and donors.

Key Duties
-Launch Coordination (Months 1–6) -Develop and maintain project timelines for platform rollout -Coordinate between technical teams, content creators, and leadership -Schedule and facilitate team meetings and working sessions -Track milestones and celebrate team achievements -Content & Communications (Ongoing) -Manage social media content calendar implementation -Coordinate podcast integration for community growth -Organise volunteer onboarding and support -Maintain documentation of processes and procedures

Community Support (Ongoing)
-Help manage clinic partnership outreach -Coordinate community events and webinars -Support member services and inquiry responses -Track metrics and prepare impact reports

Skills & Experience Needed
-Project management experience (certification helpful but not required) -Excellent organisational and communication skills -Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) -Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease -Empathetic, supportive communication style
