Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for a Remote Assistant. The Remote Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments, handling communications, both via email and phone, performing research tasks, organizing and maintaining files, creating reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support to the team. The role requires effective organization and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling and file management
  • Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, particularly through email and phone
  • Research and analytical skills for gathering and processing information efficiently
  • Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
