Team Manager Virtual Lending

We are very excited to announce the launch of Virtual Banking, dedicated banking teams for Third Party Banking. Virtual Banking will transform the way we engage with customers through digital and phone across both Retail and Third-Party Banking. It is responsible for ensuring compliance, ongoing health and proactive growth of customers.

The Team Manager - Virtual Lending role will provide effective leadership and guidance to their team, ensuring that team members are engaged and motivated in a conducive work environment. You will be responsible for managing performance, setting goals, overseeing workflows, and managing stakeholders. The team will consist of Home Lending Specialist who support customers with their home lending needs and offer an end-to-end lending service including needs analysis and holistic solutions.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating the efforts of the team, ensuring that everyone is working towards a common goal and delivering high-quality results. The Team Manager also contributes to financial and business objectives by effectively managing resources, maintaining appropriate skill levels, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

As Team Manager - Virtual Lending you will have:

- Proven ability to capably lead a team remotely.
- Proven ability to facilitate team members’ training and individual development needs with sound coaching skills.
- Ability to achieve objectives with and through others, delegating appropriate tasks and empowering team members.
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills - influencing, relationship building and customer service experience, together with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- Experience in leading an efficient and effective high volume and service level driven processing team
- Experience working with Active Ops/performance analytics tools and understanding of methodologies is highly desirable.
- Exposure to of a wide variety of functions, processes and systems in a financial service environment preferred
- Experience with Banking platforms and reporting tools such as PowerBI/Tableau is highly desirable.

The Third Party Virtual Banking opening hours will be Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1830 (AEST)

This role is a full time, **permanent,** based at our Adelaide or Ipswich head office locations
