Buildability Group is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the construction industry. We work with a variety of blue chip clients across all levels, delivering high quality candidates for roles across construction, infrastructure and engineering.

We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity to help grow our presence in the Property Asset Management industry for many years to come and to work in a fast-paced, exciting successful environment.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be liaising with clientele, developing business, registering new roles, understanding their business requirements, providing suitable staffing solutions. Subsequently, you will be responsible for sourcing, canvassing, screening and ensuring the suitability of personnel for any live roles you are recruiting for.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Several years of experience recruiting in the Property Asset Management industry within the same recruitment organisation
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in recruitment altogether
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the permanent recruitment process and proven track record of making permanent placements in this specific sector
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-sufficient and have experience training junior recruitment staff
  • Must already have a good reputation in the industry
  • Must have an existing client portfolio and candidate database to bring into the business
  • Ability to build successful relationships with new clients and candidates
  • Flexibility to work seamlessly across different states
  • Strong computer skills and experience using JobAdder Recruitment Software
