About the Role
Are you ready to become the welcoming face of our Southport clinic on the Gold Coast? We're currently seeking an Admin Receptionist to join our team.
As our Admin Receptionist you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients. Your friendly demeanour and impeccable organisational skills will shine as you manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain patient records. Your attention to detail and multitasking abilities will keep our clinic running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Working independently at the front desk as the sole admin team member.
- Communicating with the finance officer.
- Welcoming and assisting patients, clients, and visitors with a warm smile.
- Efficiently scheduling appointments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintaining accurate databases and records.
- Taking client phone calls and confidently educating the community on our various services and details.
- Handling patient and client payments with professionalism.
- Navigating 3rd party claims through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover.
- Ensuring our office is well-stocked and organised.
- Upholding and updating our policies and procedures.
- Keeping our workspace clean, safe, and inviting.
- Contributing to our communications and marketing efforts through email marketing, newsletters, social media, and presentations.
- Supporting the team with various general tasks.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:
- Experience in a receptionist role or similar customer-facing position.
- A friendly and down-to-earth personality, with outstanding people skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and making lives better.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a strong team player.
- Highly developed organisational skills, even under pressure.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong commitment, loyalty, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience, skills, or interest in marketing (including graphic design), communications, or bookkeeping, which would be a bonus.
