Join Our Team as Logistic assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team. This role involves managing day-to-day logistics operations, including order processing, packing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver professional support to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack products to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment
  • Process customer orders received via email, Slack, and other internal systems
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery or order-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory movements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or order processing (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and proactive attitude toward problem-solving

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
