**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack products to ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment
- Handle incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery or order-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory movements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or order processing (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and proactive attitude toward problem-solving

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
