The Opportunity

Join the team at Smartbox by Grace - our innovative mobile self-storage solution. Based in Greenacre, NSW, you'll be responsible for delivering and collecting Smartbox modules using commercial vehicles, ensuring safe handling and excellent customer service. This role offers full-time or casual employment with flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial vehicles, including semi-trailers, to transport goods across the local area
  • Conduct pre-start and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and maintained to a high standard
  • Load and unload vehicles in a safe and timely manner, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and resolving any delivery issues
  • Comply with all relevant road rules, transport regulations and company policies to ensure the safe operation of vehicles
  • Maintain accurate trip records and documentation as required

What We're Looking For

  1. Car Drivers Licence required (with towing experience preferred)
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  4. Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends as required
