We have a great opportunity to join our national client as the **Logistics Administrator. **They are on an exciting growth phase with the opening of a new factory, this role is supporting the NSW Warehouse and Logistics Operations.

**Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- To ensure data is entered timely and accurately into our freight management system,
- This position requires you to be flexible and adaptable to a diverse environment with the ability to assist across key functions such as receiving, despatch, pallet control and customer service to mention a few.
- Liaise with transport carriers to timeslot all inbound and outbound consignments
- Review product expiry date report and liaise with Quality Assurance Manager and update changes as required

**_To be considered for this role you will require: _**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in transport/logistics
- Proven experience with Con notes / Manifests and logistic data entry
- Experience with AX Dynamics an advantage
- A keen desire to succeed and assist with process initiatives
- Fast and accurate data entry/keying skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically with Excel
- Exceptional level of English communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport amongst peers and customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
