They have a strong reputation for excellence, compassion, and results, and they pride themselves on delivering client-focused legal services across personal injury, workers compensation, and related areas.

The firm has been established in the market for around ten years and more recently has been experiencing significant growth. They anticipate doubling in size over the next year or so.

We met with the broader team in person and the thing that stuck out to us was the degree to which they focus on supporting their people and ensuring the culture is one where people enjoy going to work.

The opportunity

They are seeking a passionate and driven lawyer with 1–3 years post-admission experience to join their personal injury team. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful cases, make a real impact in clients' lives, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and workers compensation matters
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
  • Draft legal documents, attend mediations, and appear in court as required
  • Liaise with medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and timely file management and reporting

About you:

  • 1–3 years PQE in personal injury and/or workers compensation law
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Empathetic and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
